From a message to money in the bank

Most venue enquiries arrive by Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone — and die there. Veniufy gives that conversation somewhere to land.

1. Share your own booking link

Generate a private booking link and QR code for your venue. Put it in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp replies, a flyer, or a table card. It opens a booking page for your venue only — no marketplace, no competitors, no account required for your customer.
2. They pick a date and you get a real request

Your customer chooses a date and time against your live availability, enters their details, and verifies their email. Blocked dates, holidays, and date-specific pricing are already applied, so you never get a request for a date you can’t honour.
3. They sign your contract

Your rental agreement and your venue policies are assembled into one legal document and signed electronically — drawn or typed. You get an executed PDF with a full evidence trail: who signed, when, from where, and exactly which version.
4. They pay the deposit

Payment is collected through Stripe at the moment they book, so a confirmed date always has money behind it. Send a secure link later to collect the balance — or let the reminder do it for you.
5. You get paid

Veniufy releases your funds 3 days after your event ends. Stripe then pays them to your bank on its standard schedule (usually 2 business days).

The rental agreement and the refund policy are shown in full before you pay anything. You sign electronically and keep a copy.
