What it costs, when you get paid, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Paid plans start at $25.00 a month. Every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial, then 50% off your first 6 monthly bills. See the plans page for what each tier includes.
Your 6 discounted months are followed by the plan's regular monthly price — there is no further increase, and we will not raise your price without telling you first. You can see the exact regular price on the plans page before you subscribe.
Yes — Veniufy keeps 8% of each booking's pre-tax rental subtotal. It is never charged on sales tax, and the card processing fee is absorbed by us rather than passed to you. You will see the exact split for every booking on your Payouts tab.
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from your account page at any time; your venue stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Yes — Stripe collects a card so your subscription continues seamlessly if you keep going. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing.
Veniufy releases your funds 3 days after your event ends. Stripe then pays them to your bank on its standard schedule (usually 2 business days).
From the Payouts tab in your dashboard. Payouts run on Stripe, so your bank details are entered on Stripe's own onboarding pages — Veniufy never sees or stores them. Do this before your first booking so nothing is left waiting.
Your published cancellation schedule decides the refund automatically — the same terms your customer saw and signed before paying. You can still override it either way, and every decision is recorded on the booking.
Disputes are raised through Stripe. When one is opened, the earning for that booking stops being payable until it is resolved, so you are never paid money that is later clawed back.
Veniufy captures the evidence electronic signature law expects: the signer's identity and consent, a timestamp, the device and network they signed from, the exact document version, and a tamper-evident hash of the signed text, plus an immutable executed PDF. We provide the tooling and the record; whether your specific agreement is enforceable is a question for your own legal counsel, and we make no compliance guarantee.
No. Veniufy includes rental agreement and policy templates written for Florida and Puerto Rico venues, which you can activate in one click and then edit in your own words. Have a lawyer review them before you rely on them.
A use policy, a refund and cancellation policy, and house rules are the three your customers are most likely to dispute. Requiring them up front means every booking is covered by terms your customer actually saw and accepted.
No. Anyone you send a booking link to can check availability, sign, and pay without creating an account.
Yes. The whole product and every automated email are available in English and Spanish, and your customers get emails in the language they signed up in.
Yes, on the multi-venue plans. You get a venue switcher, a combined portfolio view, and per-venue staff permissions.
Yes, on the plans that include team access. You invite them by email and choose which venues they can see and what they are allowed to change; billing stays with you.
